These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, Casinov's interpretation shall be considered final.

To open an account with Casinov, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may register a maximum of one account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened from the same mobile number or device.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any changes to your account details must be reported to Casinov.

Accounts created with false information will be terminated and all associated balances may be forfeited. Casinov is not obligated to provide prior notice in such cases.

Casinov reserves the right to verify the identity and age of all users. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete. If Casinov requests additional information during the verification process, please provide it promptly and cooperatively.

Casinov processes transactions via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and bank transfers.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Deposits are usually credited within 5–10 minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• KYC verification is required before a withdrawal can be completed.
• Withdrawals are only available when your balance consists of real money — bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly.

General Bonus Terms:

• On most bonuses x20 to x40 Wagering requirements apply.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.

• Unused bonuses expire after a set period.

The system automatically detects unusual betting patterns when bonuses are in use — such as placing opposing bets — and bonuses may be voided in such cases.

Keep the following in mind when betting on Casinov:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If abnormal odds or outcomes occur due to a technical error, Casinov reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the last confirmed bet will stand.
• If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• Casinov sets the maximum bet amount allowed per event.

For casino games, the specific rules of each game apply. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring results are completely fair and independent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Casinov:

• Using bots or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's account or transferring your account to a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Submitting a fake ID or false information.

Casinov reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If suspicious activity or signs of fraud are detected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months or more).

Users may also close their account at any time. In doing so, they will have the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance. All pending bets will be settled before the account is closed.
